“The Process of Invention”, originally composed for solo marimba, provided musical inspiration for a series of short films. Shot during the COVID 19 lockdown are two of these films. For my undergraduate thesis, this film was advised by Professor Andrew Kirshner
Accompanying lines from the screenplay of "Little Fish," this virtual synthesizer creates tones generated and modulated by the ASCII values associated to each key press in MAX MSP. This performance was credited in PAT 452 by Dr. Michael Gurevich.
This performance utilizes the ChucK language with preplanned classes and arrays. As commands are pasted and called in sequence, the musical environment is controlled in realtime. This performance was credited in PAT 462 by Dr. John Granzow
